We use DHL for the majority of our international shipments, providing reliable worldwide delivery and full tracking capabilities.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can monitor your shipment throughout its journey.
💷 How Much Is Delivery?
Delivery costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the products ordered, delivery destination, and shipment weight.
This ensures you receive the most accurate shipping cost for your order before payment is completed.

⏱️ How Long Will Delivery Take?
International deliveries typically take 2–11 working days from dispatch, depending on the destination country and customs clearance requirements.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only. Delays caused by customs inspections, adverse weather conditions, courier disruptions, public holidays, strikes, transportation issues, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control and may affect delivery times.
🌍 What Does DAP (Delivered At Place) Mean?
All orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom are supplied on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis.
Under DAP terms, Eclipse Magnetics is responsible for arranging and paying for the transportation of your order to the delivery address provided at checkout.
However, the recipient is responsible for any charges that may be applied by their local customs authority when the goods arrive in the destination country.
These charges may include:
- Import VAT or sales tax
- Customs duties
- Customs clearance fees
- Brokerage or handling charges
- Any other import-related fees imposed by local authorities

📅 Weekend & Bank Holiday Orders
Orders received on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Working days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding UK public and bank holidays.
