Order Processing

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 11:00am (UK time) are typically processed and dispatched the same working day.

Orders placed after 11:00am, on weekends, or on UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

If an item you've ordered is out of stock, we'll contact you promptly with an update and provide an estimated delivery date.
Although we use trusted courier services, delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier disruptions, severe weather, customs processing, high parcel volumes, or other unforeseen logistical issues. While we cannot accept responsibility for these delays, our team will always do everything possible to assist and keep you informed.

All international orders are supplied on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis unless otherwise stated.

Orders over £150 qualify for FREE UK Standard Delivery. Eclipse Magnetics reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.
