Order Processing

Orders received Monday to Friday before 11 AM will be processed and dispatched the same day.-
-If the item you've selected is out of stock, we will contact you promptly with an update regarding delivery.

Orders received on weekends, or on bank holidays will be processed on the NEXT WORKING DAY.
Delivery Methods

Orders under 30 kg: Shipped via DPD Next-Day Tracked Service for fast, reliable delivery.

Orders over 30 kg: Palletised and delivered via Palletways’ 2-3 day service.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.
*Customers in remote areas may face extra delivery costs — we’ll contact you if this applies.
If the delivery price is calculated incorrectly at checkout, we reserve the right to contact you to arrange payment for any additional shipping costs before dispatching your order.
Orders totalling £150 or above qualify for free delivery. We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time

Christmas Delivery
Place your order by 21st December to ensure delivery before Christmas. Orders received after this date will be shipped week commencing 5th January.
