Eclipse Magnetics delivers throughout the UK. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier availability. For international delivery please contact us via email info@eclipsemagnetics.com or by phone 0114 225600.

Orders received Monday to Friday before 11 AM will be processed and dispatched the same day.

Orders received after 11 AM, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be processed on the NEXT WORKING DAY.

On the rare occasion where a product hasn’t arrived you must notify us within 14 days of the expected delivery date via emailinfo@eclipsemagnetics.comor by phone 0114 225600.

Return shipping is covered for faulty or damaged items only.
For non-faulty returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive a
tracking number from DPD.

You have 14 days from receiving your goods to let us know if you’d like to return an item, and a further 14 days to send it back. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement under UK consumer law. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Permanent magnets are typically made from materials such as Alnico, Neodymium (NdFeB), Samarium Cobalt (SmCo), or Ferrite (Ceramic). Each offers different strength, temperature, and corrosion resistance properties.

Alnico: High temperature stability, ideal for sensors and instruments:

Neodymium: Strongest magnetic performance, best for compact applications.

Samarium Cobalt: Excellent temperature and corrosion resistance.

Ferrite: Cost-effective and corrosion-proof, suited to general use.

Strong magnets can snap together with force, risking finger injuries or damage. Always handle with care, keep out of reach of children, and keep away from electronic devices, pacemakers, and magnetic storage media.
