Consumer Returns Policy



DAMAGED, FAULTY ITEMS & GENERAL RETURNS

On the rare occasion where a product has arrived faulty or damaged, or you are unhappy with your purchase, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt with details of the problem.

This is preferred by email to info@eclipsemagnetics.com or by telephone on 0114 225 0600.

We may ask you to email us photographs of the faulty or damaged product so that we can assess the problem.

Our Customer Services team will ensure that your issue is dealt with swiftly and effectively.

If a replacement is required, you will be asked to return the faulty or damaged goods to us. 

Our returns policy is not intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded, nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you.


PRODUCT NOT REQUIRED OR NOT AS EXPECTED

If you are not happy with your item or have simply changed your mind, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt with details of the issue.

Please return the goods unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received, within 28 days of delivery.

A refund, credit, or replacement (whichever you choose) will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

Please note that if the item is not required or was ordered in error, the return postage cost will be at your expense.

Please include the following information with your return:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Whether you are requesting a refund, credit, or replacement
