This means your order price does not include import taxes, customs duties, customs clearance fees or any other charges that may be applied by your country's customs authority.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are normally payable before your order is delivered.

Customers outside the UK, EU and USA may also be required to pay:

DHL Customs Clearance Fees
Please note that DHL may also charge a customs clearance or administration fee for processing your shipment through customs.
These charges are set by DHL and/or your local customs authority and are separate from any import taxes or duties.
Before You Order
- Prices shown on our website exclude import taxes, duties and customs fees.
- Customers are responsible for paying any applicable import charges.
- Customs charges are normally requested by DHL before delivery.
- If customs charges are refused, the parcel may be returned to us. Any return shipping costs, customs fees or carrier charges incurred may be deducted from your refund.
