Eclipse Magnetics Ultralift E Permanent Magnetic Lifters provide a safe, efficient and cost-effective solution for lifting and handling ferrous materials including steel plate, steel sections and round bar. Designed for industrial material handling applications, the range offers flat plate Working Load Limits (WLL) from 100kg up to 2000kg.

Using powerful permanent magnetic technology, the Ultralift E magnetic lifter requires no electricity, batteries or external power supply. This provides zero electrical running costs while allowing the lifter to retain its magnetic holding force independently of mains power.

The compact design makes the Ultralift E particularly useful for steel lifting and material handling in factories, fabrication workshops, warehouses, engineering facilities and machine shops. Magnetic lifting also requires access to only one face of the load, providing a practical alternative where chains, slings or mechanical grabs may be difficult or time-consuming to position.

A mechanical operating handle allows the permanent magnetic circuit to be engaged and released quickly, supporting efficient single-person operation. The handle-locking mechanism helps prevent accidental release while the magnetic lifter is engaged.

The Ultralift E range can be used for both flat steel plate and round steel bar lifting. Depending on the model, flat plate lifting capacities range from 100kg to 2000kg, while round bar lifting capacities range from 50kg to 900kg.

With a 3:1 safety factor based on Working Load Limit, Ultralift E permanent lifting magnets provide a robust solution for repetitive steel handling, loading and unloading machinery, moving stock material and general industrial lifting operations.
