Eclipse Magnetics Samarium Cobalt (SmCo) Shallow Pot Magnets with Threaded Hole combine compact magnetic holding performance with a built-in threaded mounting point for straightforward integration into fixtures, tooling and engineered assemblies.
The shallow pot design helps concentrate the magnetic field at the working face while maintaining a low-profile form, making these magnets suitable for applications where installation depth is limited.
Manufactured using Samarium Cobalt, the range offers strong resistance to demagnetisation, good corrosion resistance and reliable performance at temperatures up to 200°C.
Eight sizes are available from 6mm to 32mm diameter, with M3, M4 and M5 thread options and pull forces ranging from 0.5kg to 22kg depending on the model.
Pack quantities vary by size. Models E770 to E774 are supplied in packs of 20, E775 and E776 are supplied in packs of 10, and E777 is supplied in a pack of 5.
These magnets are suitable for industrial fixtures, precision tooling, aerospace systems, scientific equipment and other demanding applications where secure threaded mounting and temperature stability are required.
