Description
Eclipse Magnetics Neodymium (NdFeB) Bi-Pole Deep Pot Magnets with Threaded Hole are high-performance magnetic assemblies engineered for secure component attachment and precision clamping applications. The magnet is housed within a non-magnetic aluminium or brass casing, with two circular segment-shaped mild steel pole pieces that concentrate the magnetic field across the base for enhanced holding strength and stability.
The threaded hole at the rear allows for straightforward mechanical attachment, making these magnets ideal for integration into fixtures, jigs, and assembly systems where precise alignment and reliable holding power are critical. For alternative installation methods, a blind-ended version (without a threaded fixing) is also available.
Manufactured from N35 grade nickel-plated Neodymium, these bi-pole (or twin-pole) magnets deliver exceptional magnetic performance in a compact form and maintain stability up to 80°C, making them suitable for demanding industrial and engineering environments.
