Eclipse Magnetics Magnetic Sheet Floaters are designed to separate individual thin steel sheets or pressed ferrous components from stacked bundles, helping reduce double-sheet pick-up during handling and processing.
Suitable for thin ferrous material typically between 0.2mm and 3mm thick, the floaters use permanent magnetic technology to encourage the top sheets in a stack to separate from one another, making single-sheet removal easier for manual or automated handling.
Three sizes are available to suit different sheet and stack requirements. Each unit is housed in a compact industrial format and includes a mounting hole for integration into suitable handling or fabrication setups.
Typical uses include sheet separation ahead of laser cutting, plasma cutting, pressing, stamping and pick-and-place processes where controlled single-sheet handling is required.
