Eclipse Magnetics Magnetic Sheet Floaters provide a safe, efficient method of separating individual steel sheets or pressed components from a stacked bundle. Designed for thin ferrous materials (typically 0.2 mm to 3 mm thick), these floaters help prevent dual-sheet pick-up and facilitate manual or automated handling of single parts. 

Using high-intensity permanent magnets in a compact housing, the floaters allow the top sheet to be lifted away from the rest of the stack — improving throughput, reducing damage, and enhancing handling safety. Switchable versions are also available for high-speed or high-volume production lines.
