Eclipse Magnetics Magnetic Sampling Probe is designed for fast and reliable inspection of powders, granulates and liquids for ferrous and para-magnetic contamination during quality control and process checks.

The high-intensity probe is particularly suited to goods inward inspection, pre-despatch checks and batch testing at critical control points throughout a production process. It can also be used at existing sampling points where routine contamination checks are required.

The probe uses an N45 rare earth neodymium magnetic system providing 9,000 Gauss magnetic performance at the tube surface, helping attract and concentrate fine contamination so that it can be easily identified and assessed.

Manufactured from 316 grade stainless steel with a polished 0.6μm surface finish, the sampling probe is suitable for use across a wide range of process environments where hygiene, durability and contamination control are important.

Cleaning is straightforward. Once removed from the sampling area, the rear handle is pulled backwards while holding the probe body, releasing collected contamination for disposal or further analysis.

Standard models are available with 100mm, 200mm and 300mm magnetic lengths. Pharmaceutical specification, higher-temperature versions and magnet lengths up to 500mm are also available.
