The Eclipse Magnetics Magnetic Secondary Glazing Kit provides a simple removable fixing system for adding a secondary plastic glazing panel or flyscreen to suitable window frames.
The kit combines white-coated flexible steel strip with white foam-backed magnetic tape, creating a clean magnetic frame that allows the glazing panel or screen to be removed when required for cleaning, seasonal use or replacement.
Two versions are available. The Standard Kit uses 12.7mm magnetic tape with 13mm steel tape, while the Wide Kit uses 25.4mm magnetic tape with 25mm steel tape for larger glazing panels or applications requiring a wider contact area.
Both kits are supplied with 30m of magnetic tape and 30m of steel tape. The materials can be cut to the required length during installation using basic hand tools.
The system is suitable for secondary glazing, removable flyscreens, temporary signage and display applications where a clean, reusable magnetic fixing method is required.
Please note: Perspex, acrylic sheet, plastic glazing panel or flyscreen material must be sourced separately and is not included with the kit.
