EM-Series Magnetic Holdfasts | 20kg–183kg Pull Force

Eclipse Magnetics EM-Series Magnetic Holdfasts provide a robust and versatile solution for magnetic clamping, work-holding and fixture integration across welding, fabrication, assembly and handling applications.

Each holdfast is designed to create a strong magnetic anchoring point on suitable ferrous surfaces, helping operators secure workpieces, fixtures or accessories without the need for permanent mechanical fixing.

The range includes four models, E939 to E942, with pull forces from 20kg up to 183kg. This allows the most suitable size and holding strength to be selected for light-duty positioning through to more demanding industrial clamping applications.

Quick-action screw-release handles allow the magnetic hold to be engaged or released efficiently, helping speed up setup changes and repositioning during production or fabrication work.

Pre-machined fixing holes also allow the holdfasts to be incorporated into jigs, fixtures, modular frames and other work-holding systems where repeatable positioning and secure mounting are required.
