High Intensity Rare Earth Magnetic Rod | 11,000 Gauss | 100mm–1000mm

Eclipse Magnetics High Intensity Rare Earth Magnetic Rods are designed for the efficient removal of ferrous and para-magnetic contamination from free-flowing products including powders, granulates and liquids.

The magnetic rods use high-performance neodymium iron boron magnetic material and provide 11,000 Gauss magnetic performance at the tube surface, making them suitable for demanding magnetic separation and contamination control applications.

Manufactured with 316 grade stainless steel tubing and components, each rod has a polished 0.6μm surface finish. This makes them suitable for a wide range of process environments where effective magnetic separation and contamination control are required.

Each magnetic rod is supplied with an M6 x 8mm tapped hole at both ends as standard, allowing straightforward installation into existing machinery or custom magnetic separation systems.

Standard rod lengths range from 100mm to 1000mm, with a 25.4mm diameter. The design allows contamination to be removed manually by pushing collected material towards the end of the rod for release and further analysis.
