Flexible Magnetic Extrusion Strip | 9.5mm x 3.6mm | Self-Mating or Ferrous Mount | 65g/cm² Pull Force

Eclipse Magnetics EM-Series Magnetic Extrusion is a flexible magnetic strip manufactured from strontium ferrite magnetic material within a thermoplastic binder, extruded into a compact profile and magnetised on one face.

The multipole magnetic face provides reliable holding performance against ferrous surfaces and can also self-mate with a matching magnetic strip, making the extrusion suitable for removable fixing and sealing applications.

Both variants measure 9.5mm wide and 3.6mm thick, with a pull force of up to 65g/cm² in direct contact. The range includes EM888-R, supplied as a short adhesive-backed length, and EM880-R, supplied as a longer plain-finish strip for flexible installation.

Typical uses include signage retention, nameplates, display panels, enclosure sealing, removable closures and other applications where a lightweight, flexible magnetic fixing is required.

The magnetic extrusion has a maximum continuous operating temperature of 80°C, providing dependable performance across a wide range of commercial and general-purpose applications.
