Eclipse Magnetics Ferrite Shallow Pot Magnets with Threaded Hole provide a durable and cost-effective magnetic holding solution for industrial, commercial and general engineering applications.
Each magnet features a ferrite magnetic core housed within a mild steel shallow pot. The steel casing helps concentrate the magnetic field through the working face, increasing holding performance while also providing protection for the ferrite core.
A central female threaded hole allows the magnet to be securely incorporated into brackets, fixtures, jigs, fabricated assemblies and other magnetic mounting systems using a suitable bolt or threaded fitting.
The range includes 16 models from 10mm to 125mm diameter, with pull forces from 0.4kg up to 130kg. Thread sizes range from M3 to M14, with specified thread depths to help ensure the correct fixing is selected for each magnet.
Their shallow profile makes these magnets particularly useful where installation height is limited, while the broad range of sizes and holding strengths makes them suitable for applications including tooling, signage, lighting systems, fixtures, positioning equipment and general mechanical assemblies.
Ferrite construction provides stable and economical magnetic performance, with reliable operation at temperatures up to 120°C.
