Eclipse Magnetics Ferrite Channel Magnets are robust magnetic assemblies designed for mounting, latching, clamping and general industrial holding applications.
Each unit combines a ferrite magnet with a painted mild steel C-section channel. The steel housing helps concentrate the magnetic force onto a single working face while also protecting the ferrite magnet from mechanical damage.
The range is available in three sizes, with lengths from 115mm to 190mm and pull forces from 8kg to 48kg. Integrated fixing holes allow the magnets to be mounted quickly into fixtures, assemblies and equipment.
Ferrite magnetic material provides stable performance, good resistance to demagnetisation and reliable operation at elevated temperatures up to 120°C.
These channel magnets are suitable for industrial, workshop and commercial applications where a compact, directional magnetic holding force is required.
