Eclipse Magnetics High Pressure Micromag is a compact magnetic filtration system designed to remove fine ferrous contamination from industrial fluids operating under high-pressure conditions.
Manufactured from stainless steel and rated for pressures up to 80 bar, the High Pressure Micromag is suitable for demanding machining, manufacturing and fluid processing applications where maintaining fluid cleanliness is critical to equipment performance.
The magnetic filtration system captures ferrous particles directly from the fluid stream, helping reduce the amount of metallic contamination circulating through pumps, tooling and machinery.
By removing fine ferrous debris, the High Pressure Micromag can help support cleaner process fluids, reduce equipment wear and lower maintenance requirements in systems where conventional filtration alone may not capture all metallic contamination.
Three filter sizes are available: 5", 10" and 20". Maximum flow rates range from 70 L/min to 150 L/min, while contamination capacity ranges from 1kg to 4kg depending on the selected model.
The High Pressure Micromag is suitable for CNC machining, machine tool coolant filtration, grinding operations, hydraulic systems, parts washing and other industrial fluid processing applications requiring compact high-pressure magnetic filtration.
