Eclipse Magnetics Circular Grid Magnets are industrial magnetic separators designed to remove ferrous contamination from powders, granules, flakes and other bulk materials in gravity-fed processing systems.
Available in both Ceramic and high-intensity Rare Earth versions, these circular magnetic grids provide a choice of magnetic performance to suit different contamination-control requirements. Rare Earth versions offer magnetic strengths up to 11,000 Gauss for capturing fine ferrous and weakly magnetic particles, while Ceramic models provide reliable general-purpose magnetic separation.
Manufactured from durable stainless steel, the open-grid construction allows product to flow efficiently through the separator while maximising contact with the magnetic surfaces. This helps improve product purity, protect downstream machinery and reduce the risk of ferrous contamination within the process.
Available in diameters from 100mm to 300mm, Circular Grid Magnets are suitable for installation in gravity-fed hoppers, chutes and process lines handling dry bulk materials.
They are well suited to food processing, plastics, pharmaceutical, chemical, recycling and general manufacturing applications where dependable magnetic contamination control is required.
