Rectangular Universal Magnetic Chuck – Fine-Pole

The Eclipse Magnetics Rectangular Universal Chuck delivers fast, accurate and safe clamping for a wide range of workpiece shapes, sizes and thicknesses. Powered by high-strength neodymium magnets, this permanent magnetic chuck features a universal pole pattern (1 mm brass / 3 mm steel) that provides effective holding for both thin and thicker work-pieces. A robust all-metal top plate concentrates magnetic energy into the face, and the chuck includes a manual on/off handle for rapid workpiece setup and release. With the ability to partially magnetise the top plate, fine positional adjustments of the workpiece are possible before full clamping is engaged.
