Eclipse Magnetics Rectangular Fine Pole Magnetic Chucks provide manually controlled magnetic clamping for ferrous workpieces during grinding, milling and EDM operations.
Available in two sizes — 150mm x 350mm and 150mm x 450mm — both models feature a fine pole surface designed to provide effective magnetic contact across smaller, thinner or irregularly shaped components.
The permanent magnetic design requires no electrical power once engaged, while the manual ON/OFF control allows the workpiece to be secured and released quickly during setup and machining.
A robust steel top plate helps direct magnetic flux into the working face, supporting stable and repeatable clamping in toolroom, production and machining environments.
The sealed construction also helps protect the chuck against coolant and swarf ingress during use.
