The Eclipse Magnetics Radial Pole Premier Magnetic Chuck is designed for precision holding of ring, disc and other ferrous workpieces during grinding, turning, inspection and machining operations.
Its radial pole magnetic arrangement directs the magnetic field into the workpiece, making the chuck particularly suitable for ring-shaped components and thin sections where consistent magnetic clamping is required.
The thick all-metal top plate supports accuracy and durability in demanding industrial environments, while the balanced construction allows use at rotational speeds of up to 3000 rpm.
Magnetic engagement is controlled using a removable handle, with a variable-hold position allowing the workpiece to be repositioned before full magnetic force is applied.
Four sizes are available from 100mm to 300mm. Larger models also include through-bore dimensions for applications where coolant flushing or central access is required.
