Circular Premier Permanent Magnetic Chuck | 121mm–305mm | Variable Hold

The Eclipse Magnetics Circular Premier Chuck is a permanent magnetic workholding chuck designed for fast, accurate and secure holding of ferrous components on rotary grinders, lathes and inspection equipment.

Its thick all-metal top plate features concentric guide rings to assist with visual workpiece alignment, helping operators position rings, discs and other circular components consistently before machining or inspection.

A handle-operated on/off mechanism allows the magnetic holding force to be engaged and released quickly without the need for an electrical power supply. The variable hold mode also allows components to be positioned and adjusted before full magnetic clamping is applied.

The range includes four sizes from 121mm to 305mm, providing options for different workpiece and machine requirements. Corrosion-resistant construction makes the chuck suitable for workshop and coolant-rich machining environments.

Circular Premier Chucks are particularly well suited to rotary grinding, cylindrical grinding, lathe workholding, inspection and measurement applications where stable and repeatable magnetic fixturing is required.
