Magnetic Chuck Blocks | Longitudinal Pole | 950 & 950V

Eclipse Magnetics Chuck Blocks are workholding accessories designed to improve the versatility and holding performance of magnetic chucks when machining cylindrical, irregular-shaped, thin or taller workpieces.

By extending the magnetic flux path from the chuck top plate through to the workpiece, these blocks help improve magnetic contact where a standard chuck surface may not provide sufficient support or pole engagement.

The range includes two longitudinal-pole versions, 950 and 950V, with different dimensions to suit different workholding requirements. They can be used to provide additional side support for taller components, improve contact with cylindrical or irregular parts, and create a more suitable magnetic interface for thin sections.

Chuck Blocks are particularly well suited to grinding, turning and general machining applications where the magnetic holding setup needs to be adapted to the shape, size or position of the workpiece.
