Armature Plates for Electromagnets | Ø25mm–100mm | M3–M10 Fixing

Eclipse Magnetics Armature Plates are ferromagnetic plates designed to improve the clamping performance of electromagnets and electro-permanent magnets by providing a smooth, effective magnetic contact surface.

They are particularly useful where no suitable ferrous surface is available, or where the existing surface is too thin, uneven or corroded to provide reliable magnetic contact. By reducing air gaps and improving the magnetic path, an armature plate helps maximise holding strength and create more consistent magnetic performance.

The range includes seven sizes from 25mm to 100mm diameter, with thicknesses from 3mm to 12mm. Each plate includes a counterbore fixing hole for flush installation, with screw sizes from M3 to M10 depending on the model.

Designed for use with both energise-to-hold and energise-to-release electromagnets, these plates are suitable for automation, access control, clamping, fixturing, machinery and general industrial holding applications.
