Our armature plates are designed to maximise the performance of electromagnets and electro-permanent magnets by providing optimal holding force, high magnetic permeability, and low remanence. These high-quality ferromagnetic plates feature fixing holes sized to fit both "energise to hold" and "energise to release" magnets, ensuring strong, reliable clamping.

Ideal for applications where no suitable ferromagnetic surface exists, or where existing surfaces are inadequate (e.g. thin, rusty, or curved), our armature plates ensure smooth clamping for maximum magnetic performance. Available in diameters from 25mm to 100mm and thicknesses from 3mm to 12mm, they feature counterbore holes for easy flush mounting with M3 to M10 screws (included).

Engineered for use with our electromagnets, these plates enhance pull force by minimising air gaps and optimising magnetic pathways, but can also be used with other magnets where needed.
