Shipping policy

  • New orders received Monday to Friday prior to 1.30pm will be processed for same day despatch. Orders received Monday to Friday after 1.30pm, at the weekend or on a bank holiday, will be processed for despatch on the next working day.
  • Deliveries weighing less than 30 Kg will be shipped via DPD’s next-day tracked service.
  • Deliveries weighing more than 30 kg will be palletised and delivered via Palletways’ 2-3 day service.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout and are based on the weight of the goods.
  • Estimated delivery dates are provided, and unless explicitly stated otherwise, the precise timing is not guaranteed. Eclipse Magnetics Ltd shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from delivery delays or non-delivery.
