At Eclipse Magnetics, we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 11:00am are typically dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 11:00am, at weekends or on UK bank holidays will normally be processed on the next working day.
For orders under 30kg:
Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days – £4.50
DPD Next-Day Tracked: Next working day – £6.50
FREE UK Standard Delivery on orders over £150
Orders over 30kg are shipped via Palletways, typically within 2–3 working days, with charges calculated at checkout.
VAT applied at checkout.
International orders are shipped using DHL, with 1–3 working days processing time before dispatch.
DHL Economy Select: 3–10 working days
DHL Express: 2–7 working days
International orders are supplied on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis unless otherwise stated. Any import duties, customs charges or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order's weight, dimensions and destination. Additional charges may apply to remote or offshore locations.
