These Terms & Conditions apply to the Eclipse Magnetics “Show Us Your Magnets at Work” campaign.

By submitting an entry, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility
   The campaign is open to customers who own, use or have access to an Eclipse Magnetics product.

2. How to Enter
   To qualify, each entry must include:

   • A clear photo showing an Eclipse Magnetics product in use.
   • A short description explaining how the product is being used and the application or challenge it supports.

3. Maximum Number of Entries
   Each person may submit a maximum of 3 qualifying entries.

4. Voucher Reward
   For each qualifying and accepted entry, the entrant will receive a £10 online voucher to use against a future order placed at eclipsemagnetics.shop. Voucher to be used within 60 days from date issued. Multiple vouchers can not be used together and other promotions can not be applied together.

5. Maximum Voucher Value
   A maximum of £30 in vouchers may be awarded to any one person under this campaign.

6. Qualifying Entries
   Eclipse Magnetics reserves the right to determine whether a submission qualifies for a voucher. Entries may be rejected if they are incomplete, duplicated, unclear, inappropriate, unrelated to an Eclipse Magnetics product, or otherwise unsuitable.

7. Duplicate Applications
   Multiple photos or submissions relating to the same product and the same application may be treated as a single entry.

8. Voucher Conditions
   Vouchers:

   • Have no cash value.
   • Cannot be exchanged for cash.
   • Are non-transferable.
   • May be subject to an expiry date.
   • May be subject to minimum order values or other conditions stated when issued.
   • Cannot be used in conjunction with another promotional code or voucher unless otherwise stated.
   • One voucher to be used per transaction.
   • £10 (Including Vat) Minimum spend applies.

9. Image Ownership and Permission
   By submitting an image, you confirm that:

   • You own the image or have permission to submit and share it.
   • You have obtained permission from any identifiable individuals appearing in the image.
   • The image does not infringe any third-party rights.

10. Use of Submitted Content
    By submitting an entry, you grant Eclipse Magnetics permission to use, reproduce, edit, publish and share the submitted image and application story across its marketing channels, including:

    • Websites
    • Social media
    • Email marketing
    • Product pages
    • Case studies
    • Printed materials
    • Internal marketing materials

11. Editing of Content
    Eclipse Magnetics may make reasonable edits to submitted text or images for formatting, spelling, clarity, branding or marketing purposes, while retaining the original meaning of the submission.

12. Contacting Entrants
    Eclipse Magnetics may contact entrants for additional information, clarification or supporting content before publishing a submission.

13. Privacy
    Personal information submitted as part of the campaign will be handled in accordance with Eclipse Magnetics’ Privacy Policy and used for the purposes of administering the campaign and contacting entrants where necessary.

14. Publication Is Not Guaranteed
    Submission of an entry does not guarantee that it will be published, featured or used in marketing materials.

15. Campaign Changes
    Eclipse Magnetics reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the campaign, its voucher reward or these Terms & Conditions at any time.

16. Final Decision
    All decisions made by Eclipse Magnetics regarding qualifying entries and voucher eligibility are final.
