Black Friday 2026 – Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the Eclipse Magnetics Black Friday 2026 promotional offers available through www.eclipsemagnetics.shop.

By participating in any Black Friday promotional offer, customers agree to the applicable conditions outlined below. These terms should be read alongside our standard Terms of Service, Delivery Policy and Returns Policy.

1. Promotional Period

The Black Friday 2026 campaign runs from 5th November 2026 to 5th December 2026, inclusive.

Individual promotional offers may have different end dates, which will be clearly displayed where applicable.

All promotional offers are subject to stock availability and the specific conditions outlined below.

2. Black Friday Promotional Offers

Discount codes must be entered at checkout where required. Promotional discounts apply only to eligible products and cannot be redeemed against non-participating items.

3. Free Gift Promotion – Dome Marker Magnets

During the promotional period, customers who spend over £35 excluding VAT and delivery charges on qualifying products will be eligible to receive 10 FREE Dome Marker Magnets (M18664G).

The following conditions apply:

The minimum qualifying order value must exceed £35, excluding VAT and delivery charges.
The qualifying spend is calculated after any applicable product discounts or promotional codes have been applied.
Delivery charges, shipping fees and VAT do not contribute towards the £35 minimum spend.
Customers must meet the qualifying spend threshold within a single order. Separate orders cannot be combined.
The offer is limited to 10 free Dome Marker Magnets (M18664G) per qualifying order.
The free gift is subject to the availability of promotional stock.
The free gift has no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged for another product at the customer's request.
The gift promotion may be withdrawn from future orders if the allocated promotional stock is exhausted, subject to applicable consumer rights and promotional obligations.

Example: An order with a qualifying product subtotal of £36.00 excluding VAT and delivery charges would qualify for the free gift, provided the promotional stock remains available. An order with a product subtotal of £34.00 excluding VAT would not qualify, even if the total including VAT and delivery exceeds £35.

4. Stock Availability

All Black Friday offers are subject to stock availability.

Promotional stock may be limited, and some products may become unavailable before the advertised end date.

Eclipse Magnetics will take reasonable steps to maintain accurate product availability information and fulfil orders placed during the promotion.

Where promotional stock is exhausted, the relevant offer may be removed from the website and associated marketing materials.

If an accepted order cannot be fulfilled due to an unexpected stock issue, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate resolution, such as a refund or an agreed alternative, in accordance with applicable law.

5. Right to Amend, Suspend or Withdraw Offers

Eclipse Magnetics reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw individual promotional offers where reasonably necessary, including circumstances involving:

Unexpected stock shortages or supply issues.
Genuine pricing or technical errors.
Website or payment-processing problems.
Misuse of promotional codes or offers.
Other exceptional circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where an offer needs to be changed or withdrawn, we will take reasonable steps to communicate the change promptly and update relevant advertising materials.

Changes will not retrospectively remove promotional benefits from accepted orders or affect customers' statutory rights.

6. Promotional Codes and Discount Restrictions

Discount codes are valid only for eligible products during their advertised promotional periods.
Only valid promotional codes accepted by our checkout system may be redeemed.
Black Friday discount codes cannot be combined with the existing 5% new-customer discount or other promotional codes unless expressly stated.
Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively to previous purchases.
Discounts do not apply to delivery charges unless specifically advertised.
We reserve the right to decline the misuse of discount codes or fraudulent promotional activity, subject to applicable law.

7. Pricing and VAT

All Black Friday discounts apply to the relevant eligible product prices.

Product pricing will be displayed in accordance with the website's normal VAT display settings.

The applicable VAT and delivery charges will be shown during checkout before the customer completes their purchase.

Promotional savings apply only to eligible products and do not automatically reduce shipping or delivery fees.

8. Delivery

Standard Eclipse Magnetics delivery rates, services and conditions continue to apply throughout the Black Friday promotion.

The Black Friday campaign does not include a separate free-delivery offer.

Existing delivery charges and free-delivery thresholds remain unchanged, subject to the standard Delivery Policy.

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, order volumes and the selected shipping method.

9. Returns, Refunds and Free Gifts

Purchases made during the Black Friday promotion remain subject to the Eclipse Magnetics Returns Policy and applicable statutory rights.

Where a customer returns products that qualified their order for a free gift, and the remaining eligible order value falls below the qualifying threshold, Eclipse Magnetics may request the return of the free gift as part of the return arrangements, where lawful and clearly applicable.

Any refund adjustment relating to a promotional gift will be handled fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these promotional terms excludes or limits customers' statutory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights.

10. General Conditions

All offers apply to participating products available through EclipseMagnetics.shop.
Offers cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to previous orders.
Promotional products may be withdrawn from future sale where reasonably necessary.
Product availability, applicable discounts and eligibility conditions will be displayed on the website.
These promotional terms operate alongside the standard Eclipse Magnetics website policies.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
