Description
Our ferrite shallow pots with threaded hole are a practical magnetic solution designed for easy integration into a wide variety of fixtures and assemblies. These magnets consist of a ferrite magnetic core housed in a mild steel pot with a central threaded hole, allowing them to be securely fastened using bolts or threaded rods.
The design concentrates the magnetic force on the open face of the magnet, significantly increasing the holding power compared to an unshielded ferrite disc. The shallow profile keeps the magnet compact, making it ideal for applications where space is limited.
Unlike rare-earth magnets, ferrite shallow pots offer excellent resistance to corrosion and can operate at high temperatures, typically up to 120°C. They are a cost-effective choice for many general-purpose magnetic holdings needs.
Thanks to the threaded hole, these magnets are particularly suited to applications where a strong, fixed magnetic connection is required - making them ideal for industrial jigs, signage mounting, tool holding systems, and other mechanical fixtures where easy attachment and removal is necessary.
Typical Applications
- Mounting tools or fixtures on machinery - ideal for creating detachable tool holders on metal surfaces
- Display and signage mounting - securely hold signs, boards, or displays in retail or exhibition settings.
- Lighting and sensor installations - attach lighting units or sensors to ceiling or metal beams without drilling.
- DIY or workshop jigs - use in custom fixtures where repeatable, strong holding is required.
- Automotive and garage use - hold cables, hoses, or small parts in place during repairs or assembly.
Key Features
- Pre-drilled threaded hole for quick and secure mounting
- Durable ferrite magnet provides reliable holding power
- Cost-effective solution for general-purpose magnetic applications
- Zinc-plated steel casing offers corrosion resistance and protection
- Available in multiple sizes to suit a range of installation needs

Learn More About Ferrite Shallow Pots with Threaded Hole
Ferrite shallow pots with threaded holes offer a practical and economical magnetic solution for a wide range of industrial and commercial applications. These magnets consist of a ferrite ring housed in a mild steel pot, with a central threaded hole that allows for secure and adjustable mounting using bolts or screws.
The pot structure enhances the magnetic performance by directing the magnetic field to the contact surface, which increases holding strength. Meanwhile, the threaded hole provides a convenient interface for integration into mechanical systems, jigs, and fixtures.
Thanks to the use of ferrite material, these magnets are corrosion-resistant and capable of operating in environments where humidity or chemical exposure may be present. They are also highly temperature resistant, making them suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
Whether you're designing a mounting system, constructing tools, or managing displays, these magnets provide a durable, low-cost, and user-friendly solution that balances magnetic strength with ease of use.
