Description
The Neodymium Bi-Pole Deep Pot Magnet-also known as the Twin Pole Blind Ended Deep Pot Magnet-is a high-performance magnetic assembly engineered for precision applications requiring strong holding force in compact spaces.
Featuring a robust design, this magnet consists of two mild steel pole pieces (circular segment-shaped) housed in a non-magnetic casing made from either aluminium or brass. Sandwiched between the steel poles is a powerful neodymium (NdFeB) magnet, which delivers exceptional magnetic performance.
Typical Applications
· Holding and clamping in fixtures and jigs
· Sensors and automation systems
· Industrial door and panel closures
· Tool and equipment mounting
· Magnetic workholding in robotics
· Display and signage attachment
· Positioning and alignment in precision assemblies
· Clamping applications in tight or enclosed environments
Key Features
· Twin pole design for enhanced holding force and stability
· Deep pot construction for increased magnetic depth
· Brass pot with mild steel pole pieces
· N35 grade nickel-plated magnet material
· Non-magnetic casing for improved magnetic direction
· Diameter ground to H6 tolerance
· Available in blind-ended or threaded options
· 80°C maximum operating temperature
